Riverside Corporate Park

A 450-acre master planned corporate community containing one-story flex buildings to multi-story office buildings as well as multiple highly traveled roadways. The campus also includes retail, build-to-suit properties, hotel, multi-family units the Wells Fargo Corporate Office, and the RIV 5 National Cancer Institute Campus. The Wells Fargo building is a three-story, 310,000 square foot, tilt-up building located in Frederick, Maryland. This individual project consisted of over 12,785 cubic yards of concrete and required over 100,000 cubic yards of earth removal and excavation.
