The Morgan State University Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management $72 Million project consists of the construction of a new, 138,000 square foot, six-story Business School and Management Complex on the campus of Morgan State University. The post-tensioned concrete structure was placed on a specialty deep foundation design that includes caissons. The project also included the installation of a steel framed pedestrian bridge. The associated site work included grading, utility installation, parking and roadway asphalt pavement sections, storm water management installation and miscellaneous site concrete elements.
